Anne Maybus – Creative Director

I first started writing when I was about 8. I used to write ‘newspapers’ which I would then sell to my long-suffering, elderly neighbours for 5 cents a copy. I have written stories, articles, poems, songs and much more. I can’t help it. It’s just one of those things I was born to do.

I have done quite a few other things along the way. I have a BA and a Grad.Dip.Bus and a background that covers art, human resources, image and business. I am a contributing author to a number of magazines including WE Magazine for Women, Modern Goddess Magazine Online, Business Mums Magazine and “You” by Real Mums.

I am a blogger, too. I wrote for The Tall Poppy and The Calm Space. I am editor of Cherry Mag where I also write as my alter ego ‘Ms FeetUp’. Yes, that name suits me.

Kurt Maybus – Business Success Manager

Kurt is more than a business man.  He’s a business man with vision.

At 13 he was carting bicycle, ladder and window washing equipment on and off suburban trains as he completed the rounds of his clients.  He had already built himself a good little business. As an adult he worked in telephone and face-to-face sales, gaining experience in customer service, business functions and where they went wrong. He was learning about business from the ground up. Soon Kurt completed a degree in accounting and went on to manage the finances and financial strategies of small and large businesses. All that learning and experience support his real love which is developing business strategy.

Kurt has an M.B.A. as well as 25 years hands-on business and strategy experience working across the small, corporate and not-for-profit sectors. He is able to create a business and marketing plan that will carry your business into the future.  Kurt has developed a reputation as the man who can turn a paper plan into a workable reality.  He prefers to work with clients who are committed to doing the work and not just talking about it - vision and action working together.

 
Kathie Pittard – Social Media Manager

Kathie has worked with small businesses for over twenty years and a variety of industries. Her extensive experience gives her a very open view on business and technology and makes her a valuable asset to the Cleverstreak team. Kathie’s speciality within our team is Social Media Marketing Manager and through this role she will ensure that we provide the latest in social media marketing services to our valued clients.

Michelle Sweeney – Blog Manager

Michelle has a varied background in administration, teaching and recruitment and has been involved in writing and blogging on a professional basis since 2005. She has also created and managed two online gift stores and is familiar with the hard work required to ensure a business is being seen in all the right places. She loves to see small businesses achieve success and looks forward to assisting as many businesses as she can.
