When we complete work for you we do so as an independent contractor and not as an employee. That means that you do not have to pay any entitlements such as Superannuation or employee benefits.
Rates of Service
We offer you the choice of service engagements.
By the hour: You may book us by the hour starting at a rate of $50.00. Hourly rates begin with a minimum of a 3 hour booking.
By the job: We will provide you with a quote per job. For large projects this is the most economical way for you to choose.
By the package: Select one of our package deals for best value for ongoing services.
Rush jobs: We will undertake rush work for you on request. An additional fee may be payable and that will be quoted ahead of time.
Payment for Services
For existing clients a 50% deposit is required before any work can begin. The remaining 50% is payable on delivery.
For new clients we require payment up front.
We will provide you with a written invoice once the work has been completed.
Outstanding Invoices
In the event that an invoice is outstanding the following charges will apply.
14 days late: The outstanding account balance will attract an additional charge of 20% of the total invoice.
21 days late: The outstanding account balance will attract an additional charge of 25% of the total invoice.
If payment is not received the matter will be referred to a collections agent.
Termination of agreement
You may cancel our arrangement with 7 days notice. Should we need to terminate the arrangement we will also give you 7 days notice.
Confidentiality
We commit to maintaining confidentiality in regards to your business and the work you have booked us to do for you. We ask that you offer us the same degree of confidentiality regarding our business.
This applies during the period in which we work for you as well as for all time after completion.
Ownership of work
We write for you. All our written work will belong to you. You have full copyright.
Responsibility
We intend all our work to be produced free of errors, typographical faults and errors. If we make an error we will correct it for you. The responsibility for the final proof reading will be yours.

These terms are freely available on our website. By booking us to complete work for you, you are agreeing to our terms. We are very reasonable, though, so if you are having any difficulties in meeting these terms please just talk to us.
