Lately we’ve been working with a couple of clients who have had trouble identifying their ideal client. One is a new business which is just formulating its marketing message. The other has been in business a while but feels as though they are no longer reaching their clients.

I found this clip on Youtube and it is a pretty good illustration of what happens when the market changes. It will make you laugh but it makes the point as well.

It made me wonder how often the average business checks that they are still in touch with their market and ideal client. How long is it since you checked?
